Great, simple and effective. The reason I went for chatway, I wanted someting straightforward easy to use and effective for the main purpose of web chat and chatway fulfills that.

This app is amazing I inbox the support team because I needed assistance I spoke to Marvin he was so knowledgeable and helped me until my issue was resolved. This app support team is A1 No need to use another app this app is all you need.

The app works perfectly, I was using a default Shopify chat button, but after performing a pagespeed insights scan I noticed that it was working slowly on my store, after I installed Chatway my speedscore has increased, inbox works like a charm and is very beginner friendly! Oh wait, and you can use it for free?!

Lovely app, does everything you need it to do and for free! Inbox is very nicely detailed as well! Switched from Tidio, because they were pushing their subscriptions too hard

Incredible. I am a small business and I introduced this not thinking it would help my business much, but it did. It helps me close sales when customers are concerned about sizing etc. I will be using this for a long time. Marvin is excellent too.

Chatway is an incredibly valuable tool for my shop, offering seamless inbox and chat features that work perfectly. The Chatway team is prompt in responding to my questions and listens to their users/incorporates user feedback into the app. It’s one of the best apps on the platform for anyone needing a chat or inbox feature for their shop. Highly recommended!
