9.16 Update: I WENT PREMIUM... Had some good sales by poppin' in on people and chatting them up and then learning I can see what people are typing before they hit send will allow for pre-emptive statements to the questions I know they are about to ask. If on the fence, just do it. So I was looking for a semi-ai based chat app but the costs and to train it in what we sell would be very difficult and time consuming. These are high end car parts so the questions are VERY technical. I was also looking to unify our chat apps across the board and this app looked good after I tried and deleted a few others where the setup was a pain in the a$$ I was like forget this... Aside from a small token issue (completing incognito fixed it) that the support team handled in 5 minutes after I hit them up we were good to go. The LIVE VIEW is awesome!. After having the app on for 5 minutes, i had someone at the product level, I chatted them up directly by saying the "parts you are looking at are ready to ship today!" and 5 minutes later, ORDER. I have a feeling I will go premium for the additional shopify integrations I am looking for. Don't wait, install this on your site today!

Great app for begginers, it help us setup really easy and for free. I love the chat pop-up notification. Live chat is great and it is available both on desktop and mobile.

The app works well and the inbox feature is great. My website performance has increased (the last chat app I had took up to many resources) but with Chataway I dont have this issue anymore. All the chats are accessbile in your email inbox so you never miss a chat from your store. The support team is top notch and I am very satisfied with this app.

It seems like a great app so far, the only downside, is I like being able to download the application on my desktop instead of having to go to through the web browser to use. If they had a separate application I could download for Desktop use, I would rate this 5 stars.

So far so good. I am currently on the free plan and don't see any limitations to the app. I receive all alerts into an inbox that can be accessed through a mobile app or through Shopify. I am able to reply to customers in real time.
