Seems good so far. Shame it doesnt link to the original campaign monitor and acts as a stand alone product. makes pricing confusing! Won't allow for more than one store to be linked, so you need multiple subscription and separate email address for each CM Commerce.

I've been using the app for a short time, but what I've seen, it has been very useful, and very easy to use. Will see how it keeps going. Would love the reviews feature to be in the basic plan.

CM Commerce has beautiful and easy to use email templates. I find the platform really easy to use. The Workflow recipes are very helpful. The platform does have some issues, but I have found the support and dev team are onto it and we always get a resolution. Looking forward to the teething issues being ironed out and then it will be a 5 star review from me.

I used CM Commerce to set up successful automated email campaigns, workflows and newsletters that have helped to generate revenue for the company. I hope they are able to implement the A/B testing feature soon because it is something we are looking forward to exploring.

Just started using CM commerce for Nu Hair. No complaints so far. Easy to use, don't like having to add a logo section each time and can be a tad buggy, but overall it's great. Happy that they are part of Campaign Monitor. Looking forward to getting features available in that platform like the countdown timer and engagement segments. Hopefully, it can help drive more customers to nu-hair.com

We're big fans of CM Commerce here. It has as many capabilities in an email provider/platform as you can want. It does take time to actually learn how to use all the capabilities however. We definitely recommend contacting them and getting some support from their end if you're stuck at any points in the set-up of automated emails and series process. We did that and we loved the support we got! Highly recommend CM :)

I enjoyed the free 30 day trial even though I didn't have much time to explore the app yet, I can tell that it will be helpful to my business and am looking forward to growing my email campaigns and the abandoned cart tools. Thanks Conversio.

When MailChimp no longer integrated with our Shopify store, we switched to Conversio. So far, it's been great! A great feature is that it is charged by the number of REAL customers you have - not just how many email subscribers are listed. Still in the testing phase and figuring out how to create our emails, but so far so good!

I got this to replace Mailchimp since their integration with Shopify is ending. I really like the wide variety of pre-made templates for follow ups with customers, and after a month I've already seen a few conversions from them. It's relatively interface friendly, as someone not super tech savvy it's been pretty straight forward to build emails. I am a bit bummed about the monthly price, as I was on a free plan with Mailchimp and being such a small company, I don't need to send excessive amounts of emails, but hopefully over time it will prove to be worth the price. I will say there are a few features that have been difficult for me to implement on my own, even with the Conversio instructions. I had to get their help to verify my domain to intergrate my email marketing customer list from Shopify. I also reached out for help with adding code/widget to show reviews left through Conversio follow up emails, but they wouldn't help me without charging me a fee. I feel if I am paying a monthly fee, it should include help with these available features if their provided instructions are not enough for me to complete on my own. Other than that, I've enjoyed the service so far and hope it will work out long term.

The robust receipts and the followup flow, ask for reviews, happy anniversary etc, are wonderful! I have seen a huge increase in the number of reviews I receive since adding Conversio to my store. The fact that I can share them on Twitter & Facebook is a big deal! I was using the free version of Yotpo before switching to Conversio and it would have cost me $400 a month with Yotpo if I wanted that capability. The one drawback is that my customers can only share the review via the email request I send them. They cannot go to my product page and leave a review directly on my website. The Newsletter template is fairly easy to use, but there are a few limitations as well. I'd like to implement a double opt-in when I import a list but that isn't possible as of yet. That being said, the support team is incredible and I'm sure the points that I mentioned will eventually be worked out.

Conversio was a great addition to our Shopify store. We started on the free version, but having seen what that can do and talking to the support guys I made the decision to go premium. Follow the advice they write in their blogs and this app will generate revenue for you.

Receiptful is almost a perfect app. The receipts are beautiful, and the ability to collect feedback and respond directly through the feedback feature provides a great channel of communication and insight. The one big flaw with the feedback feature is the inability to display the reviews on your website, allowing you to build credibility with new customers-- not to mention the extra content you'd be able to add, which would probably help your homepage/website get some nice SEO benefits. If you're a premium subscriber, you can add a search bar that auto-populates like swiftype, which looks great. I haven't tested the analytics, but i assume it should be pretty solid. One big issue that's kept me from becoming a paid subscriber is the template editor for follow up emails. They look horrible and you're extremely limited on the customization. If they could make the template editor similar to Spently, that would be extremely powerful.

Really amazing receipt app. We now have professional looking receipts that our customers get inside their emails, rather than receiving a link that says "click to view your invoice", like we had before. My only wish is that they were also formatted to print for shipping with the packages, but we had to get a different app for that.

I really like Receiptful. It is an extremely easy platform to use and it includes many great features. The application provides aesthetically pleasing receipts, printable invoices for customers, a referral program, surveys, recommendations and follow-up emails (and more). The beauty of these modules is how easy they are to add, edit and remove. There are a couple downsides. First, customers get their original confirmation email from Shopify on top of Receiptly's which cannot yet be changed. Secondly, I feel like the paid plans are a tad high in price, but hopefully I will feel differently as more features are introduced (providing the plans do not increase).

really nice app, well designed, handy. The fact that you can't turn off the shopify default order confirmation mail is a big minus, but when shopify changes this, it will be a five star app.

While the email generated by receiptful is beautiful and informative, it was not clear to me that the ugly shopify email is sent out at the same time. The net effect is that the customer sees both emails. Its a Jeckel and Hyde situation. Shopify really needs to install a suppress sending email option. I strongly recommend that the template email should be changed to "We received your order and will be shipped promptly." The default makes it sound like your order was shipped the minute it was processed. I tweaked the notification as a thanks for your order and we will send shipping details along shortly.
