I like the idea of having the Coming Soon banners on my products and the count down timer, but two times in a row, when the count down timer got to zero, my product never went live! I ended up having to make a duplicate listing so that I could sell my items. The first time was when I was offering a convention exclusive item. When I'm done submitting this review, I'm deleting the app.

Great app for coming soon batches. I had some issue with the layout, but support was very helpful and replied fast. They managed to fix the issue quickly as well.

Important, this is not mentioned anywhere. The "Notify Me" button replaces the "Buy now" button. i.e. be sure to leave the "Buy now" button in the Shop Designer, otherwise the Notify Me window will not appear. This is what happened to us at the beginning. It's working now and we got help of the customer service, very friendly and fast. But it took a few days till they answered. We needed to contact them on several streams. And we wanted to collect the email subscribes in a Mailchimp list. It worked at first and then it cut the connection to Mailchimp out of nowhere. Thankfully, the subscribers are also listed and managed in the app, so it's left there now. But we didn't even notice it at first. The design is simple, which is good. Unfortunately, it cannot be adapted to the shop style or customize it. Overall the app is not fancy but it does the job and we would use it again if we wanted to announce a product.

I think they didn´t research well how our business model work. We had big issues during our drops. Customers couldn´t pay as soon as the product went live. You can imagine how much money we lost during first minutes. After a couple of tries they couldn´t fix that. As a conclusion we disabled this app and will never use it again :(

I installed this app and at first loved it... I emailed a couple of times to try to get assistance with a feature and never heard back. A few days later, the app BROKE my store. Every item in my store was showing "out of stock". I had to reach out to my tech guy for emergency services (250.00) and the issue was this apps code. It even had links to other stores in it. He deleted it and repaired my store. When he deleted it, he left "broke my store" as the comment for why we were deleting. Still no answer to my other emails, but what do you know I received a pretty fast response to this. I explained everything and they asked me to INSTALL IT AGAIN so they can see what is going wrong and fix their code. No thanks.

App stopped functioning. Incredibly sluggish reply by the developer. I said the app is down to look into it ASAP, they replied three days later asking for permission to access my site. They said they would look into the matter but I can see they only logged in once from Ahmedabad, India after which they didn't bother logging in again nor updating me. I'm paying monthly for an app that doesn't function so had to delete it - such a shame.

Works great and very helpful customer service. There was a feature I wanted the app to do that hasn't officially been launched but the customer service team was able to do that specifically for my store which was great! Highly recommend!

Super friendly and very quick assistance. Directly at the beginning 2 times requested and it was implemented without any problems. Due to various changes in the store were unfortunately also some changes necessary. This was no problem at all for the team, who implemented everything for us with a lot of patience. Needed to create a coming soon feature without having to install an entirely new theme. I managed to do that easily with this app, but had trouble hiding the prices for the products labelled coming soon. Dropped them a message on WhatsApp and they got back to me within the hour, I just gave them app access and they fixed it quickly without me having to do anything other than accepting the request for access. Am delighted with the great service, and relieved that the site works fine too!

We used this app to help us track interest in products that are not yet available so that we can tailor our inventory. We didn't like the initial look when applied but the tech service removed the features we didn't like in record time through a collaborator permission in Shopify. I can't thank you enough for taking care of us so quickly.

I recently installed this app for my custom fabric store on Shopify and it is amazing! Does exactly what I want it to do and I'm already getting subscriptions from people interested in my upcoming products. Looking at the features that are coming soon on it, I think this will give me everything I'm looking for in a "coming soon" application. Would highly recommend this to anyone that uses "coming soon" products in their store! PS. Two small suggestions 1. Add an email that gets sent out when someone subscribes to notify them that they have been successfully subscribed to the product 2. Give more control over customizing the form. My husband is a software engineer so he was able to update the form so it stood out more on my product detail pages, but it would have been great to be able to do that myself.
