Been using it since nearly the beginning. The team is making great efforts to improve the app and add new features. Fingers crossed that the Youtube comments integration is coming soon! We previously tried Helpscout which did not work well for us and ended in a nightmare experience trying to migrate away from them (they tried to hold our data hostage). We also looked into Gorgias but the pricing is insane and charging per "ticket" for every social media comment is completely absurd, especially for brands who get hundreds of comments a week across social media. Very glad a new player like Commslayer is in the space, and hoping they don't take on VC money and raise prices like the typical software companies do.
This is the greatest app helpdesk and chat platform ever created. The founder is an absolute crazy man. In a good way.
Wow, I've been using this app for months and now I can't imagine life without it. Its a game changer for CX and replying to all forms of social media comments and DMs. And the price is amazing. I cant decide if the price or feature set is more impressive. Also they are innovating at a crazy pace and have launched more features in any given week than Big G has released in the last year. Keep it up Karri!
I've used Georgias and Zendesk previously. This is just as good - if not better - than either one for a fraction of the cost. There is no need to pay $1000s each month for a customer service app. This is the future of SaaS - strong apps that do what you need for a very reasonable price. I ahve been doing this long enough that in my email somewhere is a bill from Zendesk for a $18,000 a year renewal, which is what started me to move to Gorgias and now to Commslayer. This is not a shady company or anything wierd or spammy, its from the founder of Lifetimely, a well known SaaS app that was one of the first low-cost high feature apps on the App Store for Shopify. Highly recommend.
So far, it seems to be the best replacement for when we are ready to stop using Gmail for support. Along with its other major AI features and very good pricing, I would highly recommend it, supported by a solid and good support team.
In my opinion the best software for your CS and also the cheapest. I used Gorgias before and the service was shit, could only ask through email and with Commslayer I have the ability to ask things on Slack directly. So please go to commslayer, I really advice you based on financial opinion and the speed of new features in this software to go to Commslayer. Love team sneakerask

highly recommend to any ecom owner/store. You can reduce your CS app costs by 90% and not lose any features or functions that are required, not only that we now have the Ai agent in full force!
Karri and team have been an amazing product at a very very reasonable price. I left Help Scout for Commslayer and the transition has been fantastic. Definitely recommend this platform for your customer service needs.
Works as intended. Easy to use and plenty of features if you're looking to get more technical. Very easy to onboard new support agents and keep tickets in the right buckets.
This has saved us literally hundreds of hours a month in customer service work! It has made us more productive, increased our sales and conversion rates and been a life saver! Customers now feel heard and valued right away and the responses don't immediately feel like AI! Considering the high prices of most any other option, this is hands down the best value you can get for a customer service tool! Implementation on your own is very hard, but their one time implementation cost was worth every penny and I also highly recommend that!
Scaling a business while down-scaling the hours on customer support, for this monthly price? Insanely good. Good support, frequent updates, great use of AI without demanding to much tech skills across the team. Would recommend to everyone.
