UPDATE: THEY ARE TERRIBLE. THEY RUINED THE STORE BY RUINING THE WORK AND NOT DELIVERING EMAILS TO CUSTOMERS, PUTTING ALL SENSITIVE DATA IN DRAMA. PLUS, NO ONE ANSWERS EXCEPT A BOT. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND BREAK THE STORE. DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. THE SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT AND WE WILL REPORT THEM. 0 STARS! The app has serious problems and configuration bugs! I contacted support, who claimed to be human, but responded like a bot, providing nonsensical guides and then telling me they'd open a ticket to fix it. All this just with email configuration. The app is confusing and impossible to set up, with nonexistent support and a non-functional app. By non-existent, it means there are only bots, and the people claiming to be "human" respond like bots. Just think, every message started with "Hello," The app is a waste of money and time. Don't download it and pursue other career options. I'll report it to Shopify.

There was a real bug preventing DNS records from displaying for your email provider and we take responsibility for that. We proactively offered a free month to make up for the trouble. Our support agent Lenie responded within 2 minutes of your first message and worked with you across multiple conversations. The only gap in support was overnight into the weekend. The team resolved the bug first thing Monday. I can see you're still actively using the app, which I'm glad about. decent app but no support from the customer support. I emailed almost a week ago and no answer, they don't even have a chat support on their website
