The best help desk software I've ever used. Lots of other software is too expensive, too complicated, and doesn't suit small to medium-sized businesses like mine. I run three brands through this, seven figures, with one human agent. The support is fantastic. The developer himself often responds, and the other customer service guys all really know their software. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Tested a lot with Commslayer and now live. This looks very promising! This will be a real timesaver for our business. I'm excited! You can't tell that answers are made with AI. Biggest task now is to train the AI-agent. Using the public FAQ page functionality is a major plus!
