For me, helpdesk software has been like diet fads. I have tried (and abandoned) them all. The price*bloat multiplier always sends me back to the plain ol gmail inbox resorting to labels and other basic systems to triage and manage support. Commslayer hits the trifecta with low cost, ease of use, and a rich (and expanding) modern feature set. I've been using it for almost a year. This diet may actually stick! The icing on top is that Kerri, the founder, is an industry veteran (and seemingly a genuinely solid human) and remains extremely passionate about his product.
We switched to Commslayer from Freshdesk and really wish we had done it before Q4. Peak season had us drowning, and Commslayer would have taken a lot of weight off our team during that time. Unfortunately we didn't switch until January. Even so, we could feel the difference right away. The AI features are genuinely helpful like auto tagging, AI drafts, and responding to social comments in one place, which has made our days much easier. It is also more affordable than Freshdesk and fits how customer support actually works today. We are truly grateful for how responsive, kind, and supportive the Commslayer team has been throughout the transition. This tool has made a meaningful difference for our team and how we show up for our customers.
We moved over to Commslayer from Gorgias last year and haven’t looked back. Commslayer stood out immediately for how intuitive and well thought out the product is. All the key information we need is easy to find and clearly laid out, which makes it simple to respond quickly and stay on top of customer conversations. What’s been especially impressive is how consistently the platform continues to improve — new updates and refinements roll out regularly and genuinely make a difference. Beyond the product itself, the support team is exceptional. Karri and the wider Commslayer team are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and truly invested in their customers. It feels like a real partnership rather than just another software provider. Highly recommend to anyone considering a switch from their current customer support software
Love the reachability of the founders and the value for money is very good here! They often come with very unique updates and they are quick to adapt when things are not yet working as they should

Commslayer is so far ahead of competitors, and cheaper. It almost feels like hacking the system working with them. Support is great and fast too + the constant improvement of the product. We are here to stay!
Hey, this is a no-brainer. I have been with a competitor for years, and I switched in just a few clicks. Everything was imported, ready to roll. It's everything you ever wanted at a ridiculous price. On top of that, they recently released the MCP server, and it's crazy what you can do with it.
GAME CHANGER! Tried them all and Commslayer is a no brainer! On top of that their support is phenomenal!

This is genuinely one of the easiest reviews I’ve written. Commslayer is a breath of fresh air in a space full of over-complicated, endless pricing layers, add-ons, limits, “per agent” nonsense… . Their model is simple and fair. That alone stood out. But I was happy to find out that the pricing isn’t even the best part. While young, the product is already better or on par with anything out there. It´s clearly built by people who wants to understand the real pain points, showing a genuine interest in customer feedback. Big thanks to Karri and the team. Commslayer is the real deal.
