Swapped from Gorgias where we felt that we were overpaying for basic features. Happy with our decision. Karri is active and it's clear the aspirations for this are high through ongoing development and improvements, with feedback sought from users. Looking forward to the new features rolling out this year.
Amazing product - I can't believe brands are paying hundreds (sometimes thousands) a month for other SAAS's that do the exact same thing. Karri is a boss too.
Honestly is a gamechanger. At the FREE pricepoint you wont find anything better and it is far better than simply using G-Suite for CS. Has AI, auto hides bad comments, etc. Give it a try. Plus, Karri is a legend

I've used HelpScout for many years but their pricing was getting out of control. I did the comparison for Giorgias and Zendesk but they didn't seem impressive for what they were charging. I was happy to see a native Shopify help desk app that is free and works perfectly! Looking forward to seeing this app grow.
Just pure value all the way. These guys have solved all the painpoints with running CS for a small-ish store and best of all the price is amazing (free atm). 8/5 stars if it would be possible.
Best free helpdesk app by far, with very functional built in AI. Easy to use and syncs orders well.
My experience with Commslayer has been incredible. I've been a long time Zendesk user for support on another store of mine, and recently opened a new brand. This was the perfect time for me to test something new. So I started with Commslayer. My support team LOVES it and is asking me to migrate the other store to Commslayer as well (I will soon, I tell them!). It's faster, easier, and has the integrations we need directly with Shopify. Not only do I highly recommend Commslayer, I'm baffled why it wouldn't be every owner's first pick.
So far so good. This is my first time using a CX software so don't know much about what to expect. Only thing I know is that is being very helpful compared to just handle tickets over email and to onboard a CX agent to support me. I don't think I am using most of the features but thanks for building this, it's been very helpful so far.
Commslayer is a breath of fresh air! The Commslayer team will make your life 10x easier, the integration is all done for you. The customer service is next level you wont experience this level of care from any other help desk app. These guys started recently but they beat gorgias for a fraction of the price and they are constantly working on new features. I am so lucky to have found this app. These guys are way better than Gorgias, If your looking for a help desk app that actually cares about you or wanting to switch, don't waste anymore time looking just use Commslayer Callum usemanly.com

I am a Commslayer early adopter. The app is not old enough nor has been in production long enough for a comprehensive review. The devs are committed to making this better, every day. I am a fan of the devs, and I am convinced they share a passion to make a world class product. Is it a 100% replacement of the apps it intends to replace ? Not 100% yet -- but... The 80/20 on this is a Win. There is just enough to make it ready-enough for today (October 2024). We are using it in production. The devs know what their roadmap is, and they welcome feedback from the merchants. And they are transparent. A good team! I will continue to update this review, with honest feedback.

We have previously used Re:amaze and Richpanel, and this app is better. The way the AI is integrated is great. Really happy with it and have already been recommending it to people. And given its free, its a no brainer! Also its great not to have 'powered by richpannel' on every single support email.
The best value Helpdesk you can find. I switched from a far more expensive platform and I don't miss it. Onboarding was easy and I have been able to use the helpdesk like any other. Support has been second to none with Karri helping us out promptly with any questions we had.
We love Commslayer! We were wary to migrate away from Gorgias but Karri and the Commslayer team have been amazing. Onboarding was quick, the tool itself is simple to use and functions well, and issues are resolved with lightning speed. They are one of the most responsive teams we've ever worked with and their commitment to developing the best CX tool out there is evident in all that they do. Make the switch - you won't regret it!
Was evaluating this vs Gorgias and the value and product offering this has is leaps and bounds better for a way better price. If you're looking for a customer support platform with all the essentials you need, look no further than Commslayer! If I could give this 100 stars I would!
