I have had this issue for the last 6 months and it has been impossible to get it to fit. I have wasted hours writing to support and nothing has been fixed, just a simple everything is OK. The sync is NOT OK, ITS NOT WORKING SINCE THE BEGINNING. I have told you what the issue is. When I create a customer in a connect pos, it does not matter if i fill company name, address or city of the customer, it always overwrites it with my store info, and deletes the company name field. I havent been able to create legal invoices correctly for thousands of customers due to this error, that you refuse to look into deeply.

Ich würde am liebsten 10 Sterne geben. Support hat sich für meine Anliegen richtig viel Zeit genommen und auch alles gelöst! Wenn es nicht anders geht verbinden Sie sich sogar mit Remote um weiterzukommen! Ich danke für alles der Supportarbeiterin: Mia!! Alles perfekt!!!!

We were looking into the Shopify POS but did not want to have to use an iPad. Found ConnectPOS and it is going great so far. Fantastic support from Lucy and can run the App on our new iMac. Is very well integrated with Shopify too. Will update when we have used it a little longer but so far so good!

Great support from Mia in regards to getting set up and troubleshooting some issues I was having. She went the extra mile to ensure I had a resolution and guided me through configuring our POS. If you plan to use it on a desktop, I recommend installing the dedicated App rather than the browser-based version. It's significantly better.

I am testing with ConnectPos for my physic POS. At this moment everything works great, although there are some problems happened. But I am very pleased because support team help me very much for fixing them quickly. I will make a try to use ConnectPOS in my store soon.

As an ecommerce platform of 3+ years, I've worked with many companies. ConnectPOS is one among them. But the customer service provided by them by far exceeds that of any other company I've had the chance to engage with, both in terms of quality and efficiency. Your concerns are taken seriously and dealt with, with utmost sincerity. Truly rare in a world of mega corporations who couldn't care less about small businesses. sehr hilfreiche support, antworten sehr schnell das system ist einfach aufgebaut. da ich in der schweiz lebe ist dies bis jetzt beste variante für pos.

great support, needed some help in installation, Hana was great and helped me through the process. Very easy to use and effective. Would work great for you if you intend to use pos on your desktop.

if you have many locations you can't use it. When you try to switch locations you need to login details but you dont have. You need to login automatically from Shopify. When you login via Shopify you can see only a location. I have never seen such a ridiculous situation before.

Very good alternative to Shopify's current POS system. Customer service is also excellent. In case of problems or ambiguities, a solution is sought the same day. They also support you with remote assistance by taking over your computer. Recommended!
