I switched to Constant Contact because I needed one specific feature that my previous platform didn't offer (specifically, I needed to allow clients to sign up for multiple email lists). I'm keeping it specifically for that feature. But this has been an absolutely MISERABLE experience from the start. Simply getting the signup form onto my homepage was a huge chore, their support was useless (that would be Tier 2 support as well), and I still haven't been able to get the form onto more than one page of my website. Also, I haven't sent a single email since switching that wasn't subject to some system-wide technical glitch (ie won't edit, won't save edits, won't send). Also, the most basic elements (such as scheduling emails) are not supported at the basic level. Garbage. I am on the hunt for something else, but it is likewise an ordeal constantly switching platforms. Save yourself a headache.

I have used Constant Contact nearly since the program was launched 20 years ago and I just love it. When we built our new website on Shopify, I added integration with Constant Contact to keep emails signups easy for our customers and seamless for me and my staff. As usual, I have been very happy with Constant Contact's performance and I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love Constant Contact. The shopify integration is amazing, it is so easy to drag and drop my products right into an email and customize them as I wish. It is such a time saver. If you are serious about marketing Constant Contact is continuously improving and offering new tools. I only wish I had the time to take advantage of it all. I know they are pricier than some of the others, but nothing can replace being able to speak to a live person when you have a question. I have had excellent experiences with Tech Support. So many of the other tools force you to IM a person which can take hours just to explain a simple problem and then wait for a response. Not Constant Contact, I always get a live person who is eager to help and send me on my way. Highly recommend!

Don't get this APP if you don't want 2 or Multi factor authentication. It's a HUGE pain and they won't change it. Plus this App is VERY expensive.

Terrible!!! It makes us do 2 step verification every time we log in from anywhere!! I have a few staff members that work with the program, and any time they want to log in they have to be in touch with me to give them the code! This is unacceptable

If you go to the Multi-factor authentication settings when logged into your Constant Contact account, you can individual users so they can have their own login and authentication methods. We have used Constant Contact in the past and on other sites with no problem. Because we had not mailed our list in a while they asked us to call for an account review. They do not answer the phone - ever. Have held for hours, asked for callbacks, tried to solve through chat. They won't even let us cancel our account without talking to someone.

Constant Contact doesn't work with the shopify block if your email recipient is using outlook 365 I've been waiting since February for it to be fixed. The ability to use the shopify block is why I pay extra to constant contact but meanwhile I haven't been able to use for 8 months. Pretty embarrasing for a major email company to not find a way around this. Also, I'm still waiting for both shopify and constant contact to figure out a way to include collections as blocks as opposed to individual products. Do you know or care what your paying customers need?

We have used Constant Contact for years, so when we moved our web site hosting to Shopify, it only made sense to add the connector between the two systems. It is nice to have data flow from Shopify to Constant Contact, though it would be nice to also have data flow back from Constant Contact to Shopify. Certain lists in Constant Contact are useful to have based on Shopify activity, but again it would be nice to have more control and more robust features to manage how data flows. We could get by without the connection, but I wouldn't want to.

I like that a constant contact agent proactively reached out and provided me with some assistance to get more sales from inserting Shopify block into my emails. The agent also helped me to add a video thumbnail link content instead of just a hyperlink.

Since we have used Constant Contact for years for creating and sending emails to our customers, adding their app to our website was an easy integration. We like how easy it is to manage our in-store email lists and our website lists, and combining them for communication to our customers is simple. They are also to reach for assistance.

THEY HACKED MY ACCOUNT! I have never heard of this program, nor signed up. I received an unexpected bill on my bank account from Constant Contact. A little while later, I received an email saying that 2,500 (!!!!) contacts were successfully added to my store - all of which are spam emails. I've had to cancel all my cards, change all my passwords to my emails, PayPal, and 3rd party payments. I'm so scared and confused and I haven't heard back from anyone at Constant Contact!

Really wondering: what is the point of this app? We use Constant Contact for all of our business emails and now that we have a B2B Shopify website, the app was a no-brainer. However, it doesn't do very simple things that are actually CRITICAL. For example, the price in an email does not update when a price is updated on the website. Also, you can toggle through variant images but you cannot toggle and select the specific variant's price. Additionally, it is not accurately tracking our sales as attributed to the emails. Am I missing something? I would love some help or some extra information about how this is supposed to work. It just seems like so many vitally important features are missing.

I would give it 6 starts if I could. Constant Contact is the best. Easy to use. Consistently the BEST customer support of any app we have used on Shopify. Have been using it for over 10 years, except a short foray with MailChimp (ugghh- awful, no support). Beautiful easy email templates, you can automate a series of emails, great contact management,. What else can I say.

Love the app. I've had people come to the store to pick up a purchase they made online and tell me they did so because of an email I sent. I never sent it. The AI sent it and they converted. Solid conversion tool!

Great that Shopify is integrated into Constant Contact. Now it is so easy to be able to easily swap store items within and email. And they show up beautifully when distributed across all devise types! Takes out all the leg work.

I wanted this ap to help integrate mu email from Shopify to Constant Contact. I sent two emails asking for assistance, as it was not transferring. No reply to either. I reloaded today. it said once the link was complete it would upload the date to CC. That was hrs ago. No transfer. I sen another email. I am not sure the App really works. I can tell you the any type of customer service is non existent I only put on star so I could share our experience. We are looking for a different APP

For about $$47.81 a month for 500 total contacts and excellent customer phone support, its worth it. A coach was assigned and spoke to me. Then I still get a kickoff call and they will customize a email template design based on my website. In just one day I've already added a cart abandonment form, and Subscriber customized form on my website and I'm now focusing on autoresponders. You get what you pay for!
