Amazing app! Works exactly as advertised, and the support team is very responsive and helpful!
Once you accept a subscription it makes it very difficult to cancel it and they keep charging you
We’re sorry to hear this. Once a plan is approved, charges begin automatically, and you can cancel anytime directly from your Shopify admin, by uninstalling the app and there are no restrictions from our side. Uninstalling the app immediately cancels future charges. If you prefer to keep it installed, we can also cancel the license for you. We did reach out earlier to help but didn’t hear back. Our support team is always available at [email protected] to assist at any point and help with your concerns.

Great customer service and app does what we need. What be good to have an option to hide products from the collection pages as well.

Honestly, I do not think I've ever encountered such support, anywhere. They were willing to listen to my needs and requirements, help me set it up and also provide one feature, not previously offered. I'm currently using two of their apps, and will be adding more as they roll out.
