The customer service is NEXT LEVEL AMAZING!! I had some issues getting the lock to work on product pages, and they responded in real time and were able to fix the issue. Twice! Very very impressed with their support!

Do not install this app. It injects custom code onto your homepage, this will not be removed when you uninstall LockOn. Error:Request is not from shopify is what I'm seeing plastered on all my pages. We couldn't use Location locking on $0 plan. When attempting to upgrade to test the Location Locking, we get an error code.

I’ve been looking for ways to protect a product and blogs, where PDF files are archived, from non-members. Tried a few apps on my store, but LockOn is the simplest and the most intuitive lock to customize to fulfill my needs. Besides the app itself, I want to comment on the quality of customer service. As said, it is available 24/7, and the team really tried to understand my needs and offered solution to issues that I had not thought about before. I got the impression that they are willing to offer individualized solution to diverse needs of e-commerce business owners. If you’re unsure about ways to lock anything on your site, just contact them. They might have solution for you.

Do not install this app!!! They are over charging me over $200 a month for an app that serves no purpose at the moment. I uninstalled the app and told them to cancel the subscription and I was still charged. Now Shopify is telling me that the app owner is the only only one to cancel and they have not done so!!!!!
