I used a highly-rated translation app for my new website 8849tech.com for half a year, but it slowed down my site speed drastically over time. Since switching to this app, translation is way faster, and I have full precision control over every language—exactly what we need as a top brand of rugged projector phones and tablets. After-sales support is also super responsive. I’m sticking with it long-term. This is a genuine review!

The app itself is good, but the support is disappointing; whenever an issue comes up, you are redirected to Shopify support without a thorough check, only to be sent back again, and the loop continues.

Using this app for years now and absolutely work perfect! And the few times I needed help, the support was fast, kind and fixed it perfectly. Definitely recommend it :)

This app offers excellent value for what it provides; we couldn’t find a better translation app. It has very good support and is easy to use. We have been using it for a short period, and everything has worked as expected.

Game changer for complex shop translations in bulk! I used the more expensive Premium Account for the openAI API connection and chatgpt 4.1. Just had to add some context of my shop and products and all translations were just awesome, natural wording and no errors. The default AI model is slightly worse, so it depends on the shop quality you want to achieve, but this tool delivers.

We used Weglot before switching to T-Lab, and the difference is huge. T-Lab works perfectly with our custom apps, and it even translates images and ALT text seamlessly. The support team is incredibly fast and always finds solutions, no matter how tricky the issue is. A truly reliable and powerful tool — we’re very happy we switched!
