Very good auto translation function and ability to overwrite / do manual translations when the automatic one doesn't quite read correctly. I have used this app on three sites now - French, German & Chinese. Most importantly the customer support (Max) is excellent. thanks!

Fantastic support from Lina, and I didn't even pay for the app as I just started my Shopify store and need to save money at the moment. Definitely recommend this app, I translated all 170.000 characters of my site manually which was completely free. It works like a charm! Lina answered my long list of questions super quick and was very helpful. She definitely knows what she's talking about. I would give ten stars if I could. Highly recommend.

The team at translation lab were fantastic in helping us go live with over 100,000 translations. Metin and Melin in particular worked relentlessly over weekends in their own time to help push our translations through. To say they went above and beyond would be the understatement of the year! Their app is great and their support is also very good. I had trouble publishing our English version of the shop, they helped me solve the issue very quickly. It's easy to use and they're easy to work with. I truly recommend this app.

Very good app for translation. The costumer service is great. We had some problems with the display of the switcher in our theme and costumer service was very quick and helpful with the problem.

Used this app for half a year and suddenly stopped working for a day. No translations showed up when clicking language. Shopify said that it was the developers problem. The developer replied back about 6 hours later saying it was shopify's issue, and worked with shopify to have the translation running again by night time. So must commend them on that. Besides this - the app has been very stable, easy and intuitive to use. But very cumbersome and slow when it comes to making edits or finding data. Besides the 'product' data, nothing is searchable: product variants, categories, pages, blogs, etc... You need to click next 1 by 1 through lists which only show 5 data points at a time. We have 300 products x 10 options each = that means a list of 3000 options to wade through, 5 at a time and takes ages to get anything done if we added a new item or changed an option name.

I used this app over a year, and everything is fine so far, but this app suddenly not work today for all collections & products translation, anyone have this issue today? Received the feedback from this app developer with a hour, thank you for your quick response, and hopefully Shopify will follow up this issue ASAP. Thank you.
