Great App to make translating your store easy, with a very fast and helpful support. I highly recommend it. I had a problem with my old code-remaints in my theme - from apps I deleted by now and forgot the names of - interfering with parts of my translated shop. The support was super helpful and gave it their best to try and help me. I did not solve my issue, but Max helped me greatly with understanding the problem and thinking about new solutions. Thanks a lot for your time Max! :)

Used it to translate our online store taigacolors.com into Japanese! Very easy, did it myself. And I got really fast customer service with my question about publishing the page. Will use this app to translate my Shopify store into new languages. Thank you so much! EDIT: Again got really fast customer service when I didn't understand the language switch. Thank you! I really can recommend the Translation Lab with all my heart.

Great Support in a Great App. The team fixed an issue i had with my theme after a few hours i messaged them even though the problem was not with the app but on the theme side.

Translation Lab is the perfect app for me. I was looking for an app with which I could do the translations manually. This is very easy with translation lab. I couldn't find some texts straight away. I contacted Translation lab by email and received an answer only a short time later. Within less than 2 hours my problem was solved. Max sent me a video with step-by-step instructions that I could use to solve my problem. I also appreciate the fact that I don't have to pay any monthly fees. I use the free version and can buy new credits to translate more texts if needed. Perfect for me.

Great app! Recommend for someone who does not have big budget for translations and the site does not contain too much text - you can translate the text in very easy/fast way! If you have the text already translated - you can very easily copy paste it in the text box. I had some issues finding some sections of website to translate, but the costumer service was SO FAST and helpful / so I was able to fix everything in super speed! They explained everything in such a manner, that I have no more issues finding the text that I wish to translate! They even did some editing in code - fixing an issue I was facing! (Shopify support instead recommended me to contact a PAID Shopify expert to fix this issue, but T Lab did it for me for free). The app is very easy to use and navigate. It also provides some free word translations (10k per month I guess). Recommend, recommend, recommend!
