We had some problems to publish the languages but the support team was quick to help and even send us a tutorial video.

Incredible customer service!! Had some questions and Max not only got back so speedily but also provided easy-to-understand explanation, including a quick recorded video on how to change some settings. Really impressed! The app itself also works great. You have a limited amount of "credits" to Al translate within the app for free, but even if you're out of credit you could just manually edit translation from Google, DeepL etc. Recommended!

This app is genius. At first it looks too simple and takes a while to get your head round how it works - but once you get there it is very powerful. Being a Canadian site, we needed french translation and this app translated everything on the theme including home page text blocks, announcement bar, menu, pop ups, you name it. Did the job beautifully (not to mention that it's free which is unbelievable).

Love love love this app! Greek is a really tough language to translate into, but this app does a great job of translating the main chunk of the text, leaving us with just the "finishing touches" to do. It's pretty simple to use, decently priced (I love that you can just buy a bulk of credits to use as and when you need to), and they keep adding great features. Their customer service is also super fast and helpful. We're definitely generating sales because we're able to offer localisation through this app, and that's wonderful!

C'è poco da dire, app completa, si riesce a creare agevolmente la versione del sito in altra lingua. La cosa più importante è fondamentale non è l'applicazione in se (easy e fatta molto bene) ma la possibilità di ottenere assistenza, cosa che abbiamo sempre ottenuto con tempi veloci e focus di dettaglio su qualsiasi problema. Complimenti!

L'application est parfait pour notre besoin, Facile de modifier les traductions, l'intégration dans le menu du site n'est pas forcement évidente mais l'équipe support est là pour aider, ils m'ont trouvé une solution rapidement. Rien à dire pour l'instant de négatif.
