The app itself is an amazing solution that gives you full control over the customisation of your languages and while I didn't use the AI feature I did test it for accuracy and it performed excellently. Miraculously, the customer support is even better than the app. Max and the developers instantly solved in queries I had with no fuss at all. Would highly recommend this app to anyone who needs to integrate a new language to their store. Thanks!

The app does have few issues that they're working on (lost translations after changing the theme, but they do have a way to recover them)... But overall it's a really good app. Best part is customer support... Max is my savior!

I like the design of the app, super easy to understand how to use. Also price is cheaper than other app we used to use. I had some problems with publishing but it was solved in a day.

The Translation Lab App and its Sherpas service is out of this world! They responded to my emails super fast and always explained everything in a simple yet clear way, sometimes even including an explanatory video or image. My website is quite large, with many sections that require translation, but they helped me with everything without a hitch; they helped and explained how to find texts, the creation of excels, the import of different translations, etc. I am very happy with them; not only that, but their App is incredible and allows you to individually edit absolutely everything within the theme. You can even put your own spin on how you reach out to customers! Congratulations Sherpas, you’re amazing!!

I am using this app to translate my store from English to French. I like how it adds a feature to my website whereby the language changes automatically based on the browser's default language. However, there is a huge drawback to this feature. For example, if the default language of the customer's browser is English but the customer prefers to view the site in French they are unable to do so. If the customer attempts to manually change the language to French using the language selector dropdown the app automatically redirects them back to the English site. I like the auto-translate feature of this app and am finding it to be more accurate than others on the market. I also like the user-friendliness of this app. Finally, I like the fact that it installs natively on Shopify without modifying the theme code. If the issue with the automatic language selection can be resolved I would give this app 5 stars. UPDATE: The team at Sherpas Design resolved the issue - turns out it was due to conflicting code on my theme, so it was no fault of the app. 5 stars from me!

Translation Lab is a fantastic app - I can highly recommend the app! We have used the app to easily translate our webstore into other languages. The tool uses the Shopify multilanguage feature. It is worth mentioning that - unlike competitor apps - the template code is not negatively affected. The fantastic support is worth mentioning - many thanks Max @ Sherpas.design team!

I used this app to translate my store to 4 more languages. You can edit manually some words, but AI does good job. The customer service is excellent. Max replied within 5-10 minutes.

I use this app to translate my website into a second language. Very good App. Has option of manually and automatic translation. Great customer service, they respond fast and are very helpful also with customizing specific tools we needed on our website.

The App is linked to a strong translation tool, making the final translation only a matter of proofreading. The integration (crucially) is seamless and whilst we have several custom integrations in our website, the translations perfectly show up and take into considerations all these variations. Most importantly: the Customer Service is excellent and helped us in a timely & professional manner to make sure that the integration as well as Spotify's & Translation Lab's combined abilities are maximally implemented in our website to our highest wishes.
