This is an awesome language translation app and even better customer service! First of all, it was the easiest translation app I found to set up. I did have an issue with premium template I was using but I contacted Translation Lab and Max had it fixed very quickly for us. I would definitely recommend this app for anyone looking to add multiple languages to their store.

Excellent service and good app for translation. Could improve on the spanish and differentiate between usted and tu (formal and informal), but otherwise easy to use, good pricing and outstanding support! Keep it up!

Have been using another language app for years and wanted to see if there is a good alternative. And this one is! Easy to set up and manageable. A few smaller things that I needed assistance for and the help of Max was easy, fast and outstanding! Definitely recommended

Exzellente App. 2-Sprachigkeit meines Shops war in 3 Stunden realisiert. Die automatische Übersetzung funktioniert auch bei komplexen Texten wiedererwartend gut, was immens Zeit spart. Keine monatlichen Fixkosten, mehr Übersetzungskontingent kann relativ kostengünstig zu gebucht werden. Der Support antworten in kürzester Zeit freundlich und kompetent. Klare Empfehlung!

The app works pretty well together with the new native Shopify multi language capabilities. No changes in the theme files are required. Automated translation quality is very good and pricing is very fair as there is an option to purchase one time translation credits. Support was very helpful and answered promptly.

At first, it seemed complicated to set up the translations but then I had no problems. Before this, I downloaded several translation apps and I can say that this is undoubtedly the best! Really efficient and fast customer service. Absolutely recommended

excellent support team! fast respond and my issues are solved here within 12hrs. some detail of translation is advanced than the shopify translate app. highly recommend to try this out if you are running a multilingual site like mine.
