1/5 – Une honte, une véritable arnaque ! J’ai payé 3 800 $ pour un abonnement annuel à ConvertMate, en pensant investir dans une solution sérieuse et performante. Trois mois après mon paiement, l’équipe a modifié sa grille tarifaire : le même plan que j’avais choisi est désormais facturé 290 $ par an. Autrement dit, plus de dix fois moins cher ! Quand j’ai contacté le support pour résilier à la fin de ma période d'engement, leur réponse a été tout simplement lunaire : on me dit de désinstaller l’application depuis Shopify pour “ne plus être facturé”. Aucune procédure formelle, aucune confirmation écrite, aucune transparence. Je suis écoeurée. Non seulement cette application ne m’a strictement rien apporté (aucune amélioration SEO, aucun gain mesurable, aucune valeur ajoutée concrète), mais en plus je me sens trahi et arnaqué par une société qui change ses tarifs sans prévenir et refuse toute véritable résiliation. ConvertMate, c’est une leçon à 3 800 $ : fuyez cette application et gardez vos économies pour un service honnête et professionnel.

Absolutely Disappointing – Zero Support & Complete Waste of Money! I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn anyone considering Convert Mate for their Shopify store. After spending a month trying to get this app to work, I’m genuinely baffled at how they have any positive feedback at all. First off, the app simply does not deliver what it promises. I installed Convert Mate with high hopes, thinking it would help streamline some marketing processes and bring insights to improve ZenithEndure.com. Right from the start, it was buggy and unintuitive—multiple features either didn’t work at all, or they were so poorly implemented that they were unusable. Scheduled reports never sent, and when they did, the data was incomplete or delayed to the point of being irrelevant. I spent hours trying to troubleshoot and reading through scant documentation that just repeated generic instructions with no real solutions. But the absolute worst part is the customer support—it’s non-existent. After hitting a wall with the features, I reached out for help thinking a quick response or guidance would resolve my issues. No reply. I rated the app 1 star hoping it might prompt a reaction. Still nothing. Over the course of 30 days, I’ve submitted tickets, emails, and even tried reaching out on social media, and to date, I have not received a single response. Not a “thank you for reaching out,” not a “we’re looking into your issue”—nothing! It’s as if customer support is a myth. Honestly, this app is a trap for small business owners like myself—promising easy DIY solutions but delivering nothing but headaches and regret. I feel like I’ve just thrown my money away for absolutely zero value. There are far better apps out there for your Shopify store, with real support and features that actually work. Save your time, money, and sanity. Avoid Convert Mate at all costs. I wish someone had warned me before I wasted so much energy on this useless app.

Boris is a great guy who responds to questions within a day. The app saves me a lot of time and provides an excellent overview, especially the blogs, which are fantastic! I've been using Convertmate for about three months. I would give it 5 stars, but it only supports SEO for one language and one target country, or requires changing the primary language of my shop, which isn't recommended. Despite that limitation, it saves me a tremendous amount of time and effort, making the price worthwhile. However, the upgrade from the scale plan to the next tier is quite steep, which is part of why I rate it 4 stars. A trial period for upgrades would be beneficial, but since SEO is a long-term strategy, you likely wouldn't see significant differences between plans within just 30 days.

Our experience with ConvertMate showed technical promise but was ultimately undone by unethical business practices. On a functional level, the app struggled with content generation in Finnish, though we acknowledge this is a challenge that will likely improve with future LLM advancements and continuous prompt editing. The critical issue that led us to uninstall was a matter of principle. As loyal, early adopters, we actively supported ConvertMate by providing feedback, brainstorming ideas with the core team, and even assisting in their due diligence with a potential investor. We were therefore dismayed to discover that the company had introduced a new, more affordable pricing tier without informing us. This omission cost our company €500 per month for several months, as we were kept on a legacy plan while new customers paid less. When we noticed and addressed this, the founder's response was dismissive, offering excuses instead of a refund or compensation for the overpayments. Given this profound lack of transparency and fairness, we can no longer support the company. While the product may evolve, we have chosen to partner with other businesses that operate with greater integrity.

We have been using ConvertMate at sanroccoitalia.it for about a month now, and I am really impressed. The app is very expensive as far as apps go, but worth the investment. It is easy to use and saves an enormous amount of time. I am on the scale plan, and love the Magic Blog and Magic Link features (among all the rest). I have already seen a big uptick in organic traffic and the support is top-notch. Boris was extremely responsive with my questions and getting things up and running, and they sort out even the smallest concern immediately. Don’t hesitate, give it a try!

We are thrilled with ConvertMate! Boris has been incredibly supportive, answering all our questions and effortlessly resolving any uncertainties we had. The service is exceptionally professional and reliable. We had tried several SEO ranking tools before, but none impressed us as much as ConvertMate. The platform feels much more professional and well-organized. The automations are particularly impressive, providing us with a clear overview of our progress. We’re still in our first month and hope we made the right choice. The only downside compared to other options: the monthly fee is slightly higher. A must-have for any business looking to improve its SEO ranking!

The ConvertMate app is excellent: easy to set up and use, and it manages all SEO aspects quickly. The support team is highly responsive, always providing answers and resolving issues efficiently. While it is a bit pricey, I’ve already noticed a small improvement in my SEO ranking after just one day of use. I’ll wait three months to see the full results, but so far, it seems worth the cost.

I use ConvertMate Shopify app, which uses artificial intelligence to optimize our product descriptions for search engines. Although I'm just starting out and won't be able to properly assess the effects of SEO optimization for a few months, the app is already making a great impression. The fast and reliable support is particularly noteworthy: I always get an answer to my questions within a very short time using the integrated chat via Intercom. This saves an incredible amount of time and makes manual work much easier. Thanks to the automation, I am confident that our products will achieve better search engine rankings in the future. Thanks to Boris and Mark for this great tool and the first-class support!

I've only been using ConvertMate for a few weeks, so it's too early to fully assess the app's impact on our SEO, as these results take time. However, I can already see that it’s making progress in sorting out and improving our SEO. What stands out to me is the excellent customer service and support. Boris has been incredibly accessible and helpful, both before I downloaded the app and during the onboarding process. He provided valuable suggestions on how to tackle some challenging products and improve our SEO. Additionally, when an unrelated issue with simple coding arose, Boris stepped in and quickly helped resolve it. So far, my experience with ConvertMate has been very positive, and the support has been outstanding. I look forward to seeing the long-term results and will provide a more comprehensive review in the future.

Boris and Marc have been on top of their game regarding customer service. Optimizing SEO is challenging, mainly when different stores use different themes and layouts. ConvertMate handles this well, and the team has been very responsive to discussing our particular needs. It's been a pleasure working with Boris, as he understands our needs well and has actively noted our feedback for Improvements. The ability to generate content based on Metafields makes customising descriptions much easier. I am confident that we will succeed with the integration of ConvertMate.

Love the speed of pushing AI tags, the team is incredible to work with and attended to all our needs in timely fashion. Also the interface is super solid making it easy to see the AI suggestions and make huge push on product SEO tags that would've taken us years to accomplish without ConvertMate. highly recommend!!

Besides SEO, one of our main purposes has been to fully automate product descriptions purely based metafields, which we maintain for frontend filtering anyways. For us as a small company it is essential to automate as much as possible. ConvertMate's functionality is the most mature app supporting this functionality. The ConvertMate team was eager to also support me with some additional requirements they quickly addressed via app improvements. Thanks.

I really question these 5 star reviews- twice had all my listings and descriptions destroyed by being re-written incorrectly and not according to SEO best practices by bugs in the software. Over 1000 products. They sort of were able to fix some of this, but really a total disaster for me. I was told changes could be undone but learned after making automatic changes that they could not be done. I would be very very careful using this. Also switched many SEO meta titles and descriptions with other products- a total disaster. They released this without testing or working out any bugs. I literally have spent 30+ hours fixing the mistakes so far.

10/10 Shopify App - a must have! I have been using ConvertMate for about 2 weeks now and have noticed a substantial improvement in the conversion rate on my website. The software was easy to install and set up. Support has also been really good! I would highly recommend this to anyone who has an e-commerce store and needs help with SEO, Keywords, and Product descriptions. THANK YOU CONVERTMATE!!!

I have been using Convertmate for about 30 days now and I haven't found anything else that can save so much time. In just the short time I have been subscribed to ConvertMate, it has already evolved. It does much more than just enhance my product descriptions, it gives proper text (based on your brand type selection in the settings) that helps the visitors to my website make a quick buying decision. My conversion rate has tripled since using it. ConvertMate has freed me from the tedious task of writing hundreds of product descriptions (of which I am not very good at doing.) I am now able to spend much more time searching for new products to sell and checking on my marketing activities. In addition, it now is also helping with my website SEO, by optimizing, Product Titles, Product Title Meta Tags and Product Description Meta Tags. This is all automated! As I add a new product, it is immediately converted and the new description written and the SEO optimized. ConvertMate then, checks every 14 days to 30 days the analytical sales or visits for each product in my catalog and updates it accordingly. Amazing! The support and listening ears from the customer sales team is really second to none. Based on your feedback to them, they are keen to implement changes to Convertmate and add extra features, should they be viable. A big thank you to Marc and Boris for your constant support and help.
