1/5 – Une honte, une véritable arnaque ! J’ai payé 3 800 $ pour un abonnement annuel à ConvertMate, en pensant investir dans une solution sérieuse et performante. Trois mois après mon paiement, l’équipe a modifié sa grille tarifaire : le même plan que j’avais choisi est désormais facturé 290 $ par an. Autrement dit, plus de dix fois moins cher ! Quand j’ai contacté le support pour résilier à la fin de ma période d'engement, leur réponse a été tout simplement lunaire : on me dit de désinstaller l’application depuis Shopify pour “ne plus être facturé”. Aucune procédure formelle, aucune confirmation écrite, aucune transparence. Je suis écoeurée. Non seulement cette application ne m’a strictement rien apporté (aucune amélioration SEO, aucun gain mesurable, aucune valeur ajoutée concrète), mais en plus je me sens trahi et arnaqué par une société qui change ses tarifs sans prévenir et refuse toute véritable résiliation. ConvertMate, c’est une leçon à 3 800 $ : fuyez cette application et gardez vos économies pour un service honnête et professionnel.

Nous souhaitons néanmoins clarifier et rectifier certains points : Il est de la responsabilité de chaque utilisateur d’annuler son abonnement directement via Shopify ou sur notre plateforme, comme indiqué lors de la souscription. Pour votre part, nous avons nous-mêmes effectué l’annulation avant la publication de votre avis et vous avons offert 3 mois gratuits à titre commercial. Le plan que vous aviez comprenait plusieurs avantages : accès aux Magic Blogs, Liens Internes, Analyse de Competiteurs, Nombre illimité de produits (pour répondre à la taille de votre catalogue) et support avancé, que nous avons activé à de nombreuses reprises afin de vous accompagner au mieux. La nouvelle tarification annoncée concernait uniquement la nouvelle plateforme d’agents IA et n’était donc pas comparable à votre forfait initial. Nous avons communiqué à de nombreuses reprises au sujet de l’évolution des offres. Concernant le SEO, ConvertMate fournit des analyses et génère des contenus mais la stratégie reste du côté du client, tout comme un abonnement à Ahrefs n’assure pas une progression sans actions concrètes. Notre équipe et la plateforme vous ont conseillé de nombreuses actions ; il semble, d’après nos vérifications, que beaucoup ont été ignorées de votre part. Absolutely Disappointing – Zero Support & Complete Waste of Money! I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn anyone considering Convert Mate for their Shopify store. After spending a month trying to get this app to work, I’m genuinely baffled at how they have any positive feedback at all. First off, the app simply does not deliver what it promises. I installed Convert Mate with high hopes, thinking it would help streamline some marketing processes and bring insights to improve ZenithEndure.com. Right from the start, it was buggy and unintuitive—multiple features either didn’t work at all, or they were so poorly implemented that they were unusable. Scheduled reports never sent, and when they did, the data was incomplete or delayed to the point of being irrelevant. I spent hours trying to troubleshoot and reading through scant documentation that just repeated generic instructions with no real solutions. But the absolute worst part is the customer support—it’s non-existent. After hitting a wall with the features, I reached out for help thinking a quick response or guidance would resolve my issues. No reply. I rated the app 1 star hoping it might prompt a reaction. Still nothing. Over the course of 30 days, I’ve submitted tickets, emails, and even tried reaching out on social media, and to date, I have not received a single response. Not a “thank you for reaching out,” not a “we’re looking into your issue”—nothing! It’s as if customer support is a myth. Honestly, this app is a trap for small business owners like myself—promising easy DIY solutions but delivering nothing but headaches and regret. I feel like I’ve just thrown my money away for absolutely zero value. There are far better apps out there for your Shopify store, with real support and features that actually work. Save your time, money, and sanity. Avoid Convert Mate at all costs. I wish someone had warned me before I wasted so much energy on this useless app.

Our experience with ConvertMate showed technical promise but was ultimately undone by unethical business practices. On a functional level, the app struggled with content generation in Finnish, though we acknowledge this is a challenge that will likely improve with future LLM advancements and continuous prompt editing. The critical issue that led us to uninstall was a matter of principle. As loyal, early adopters, we actively supported ConvertMate by providing feedback, brainstorming ideas with the core team, and even assisting in their due diligence with a potential investor. We were therefore dismayed to discover that the company had introduced a new, more affordable pricing tier without informing us. This omission cost our company €500 per month for several months, as we were kept on a legacy plan while new customers paid less. When we noticed and addressed this, the founder's response was dismissive, offering excuses instead of a refund or compensation for the overpayments. Given this profound lack of transparency and fairness, we can no longer support the company. While the product may evolve, we have chosen to partner with other businesses that operate with greater integrity.

I really question these 5 star reviews- twice had all my listings and descriptions destroyed by being re-written incorrectly and not according to SEO best practices by bugs in the software. Over 1000 products. They sort of were able to fix some of this, but really a total disaster for me. I was told changes could be undone but learned after making automatic changes that they could not be done. I would be very very careful using this. Also switched many SEO meta titles and descriptions with other products- a total disaster. They released this without testing or working out any bugs. I literally have spent 30+ hours fixing the mistakes so far.
