My personal agent, Carman Wu, is super helpful. All the queries I have had have been dealt with quickly and professionally. It's very handy having her help. If she hasn't been available, the other team members are also very helpful.

I recently ran into an issue with trying to show stock in my online store and had to ask for assistance. I was paired with customer service representative Angel Li and they helped me immensely! The customer service was exceptional and they went so far as to even send me helpful step by step screenshots to make the process seamless and easy. My issue was quickly resolved due to their efforts and I could not be more satisfied with the service!
