CJdropshipping: Much Faster

This is the best app I ever tried in dropshipping. Customer service is also great, especially they assign us one fixed agent. My agent Charles is really helpful and answered many questions with the app. Recommended.

Great service even some improvments could be done with UX experience. Bulk orders with CJ IOSS is something you have to implement quickly ! Big thanks to Bonnie Gu who solved my problem this evening ;-)

I am using this app for almost 4 months now still have no problem with services. Good shipping services and so helpful.

CjDropshipping handles all my ecommerce needs from sourcing to fulfillment. They provide great shipping times and I have taken advantage of private inventory which makes processing and shipping times even shorter - at no additional cost! I was able to get a specific product I wanted through my agent Joey, who speaks very good English and has responded to all my requests in a timely manner. The only thing to keep in mind when dealing with agents is that they are humans and the time zone difference may affect the response time, apart from that, they really do seem to try their best to serve you.

The app is good, and even more the support. I've a personnal agent who is working really well, about support, VAT or order issue, So thanks you April and CJ for the great Job !

It will soon be 2 years that I use CJDropshipping and since the first day, I am always very satisfied. CJ app has been very good so far. It's not perfect but gets the job done. My current agent Susan Zhou has been very helpful in answering my questions and getting things resolved. Also one of the overnight agents Christina Chen was helpful in requesting for the correct items/ variants to be sourced. I like that I can reach out to an agent any time of day or night.

5th year in and customer service for me ( Beatrix Hua) has been really great. Things are always followed up, and considering time difference, she has really tried to help me even when it's sooo out of her office hours. There are so many options for fulfilment, and when I needed things to be more customised, they have been slowly implementing them.

Would recommend CJ to anyone, the advisor Skye is in super hardworking and does her job brilliantly!
