Emily Liu has been absolutely incredible. She’s fast, reliable, and genuinely cares about helping her clients. Every time I needed support whether it was with COGS, order issues, variant updates or anything, she went above and beyond to solve everything quickly and clearly. Her communication is always smooth, she follows up without me even asking, and she makes the whole CJ experience 10x easier. Emily is truly one of the best agents I’ve worked with. Grateful for her help, she’s amazing!

The customer support here is insanely good. I really like that you have a personal agent that you get from CJ, and this helps me a lot. This being said, my agent is Jonathan, and he was such a great help when getting my business of the ground. I will continue working with him, that's for sure!
