CJdropship has always been helpful. Special thanks to Maddox,Gringer,Allison, Kiko,Angel,Robert,Vincy XI , Leely and many more who helped me in several different ways. At times i have been harsh on CJ but they had abundant patience and tried always their level best to satisfy customers. Their pricing is top and the personal agent always looks forward top help me. The chat room staff is always responsive and undertake any kinds of requests at any given point of time especially the staff who works during midnight. Their helping nature and dedication is commendable. Thanks CJ

I am giving 5-stars because Howard's responses are great and helpful as always even we just acquainted a few days ago. The only downside is that the shipping/carrier are not good enough, currently, there are a lot of missing orders in transit and never delivered, there should be more carrier and accurate options for the US, Canada, GB and European country orders.

I switched from Oberlo to CJDropshipping recently. CJ allowed me to connect all my old products and they literally sourced everything for me. Many of their services are automatic and customizable. It's actually so great. My agent, Katrina, is also really kind, responsive and genuinely willing to help. Thank you so much! :)

Easy to use. You can find many products and when there is a product you cant find, easily create a sourcing request and the product will be there after 24 - 48 Hours. You also have an agent who cares about you. If u have any problems you can ask him and he will take care of it.

Still using CJ up to today. Very happy with the fast shipping. Also you can have someone to speak with directly , which is much better than anything when dealing with logistics. (be aware of time frame :) ) The team is good and has always provided with solution.

CJ is doing a terrible job during difficult times like COVID19. I have 100+ packages which are not delivered for 2 months already. I understand the pandemic is causing delays but CJ is not doing anything about solving this problem! They are just blaming the freight forwarder SF Express. What a fraud! Must act like an international company and resolve the problem instead of saying "wait patiently". Terrible!!!

I worked with CJ drophipping for a few months. They ship faulty products, they lie about shipping times and most of the time they misguide you so their agents make a sell. At least there are other companies with better pricing and definitely better resolution centre
