excellent, excellent application. Sita Cui was a big help to me in a big problem situation i had with shipping. the good part about cjdropshipping is they all ready know a lot of the problems ahead of time in regards to shipping so they are able to solve fast. the 24/7 chat support is always good so Sita was able to help solve my problem. they honestly really saved me when i was shipping a bunch of orders. it's also nice to be able to import all your orders and then pay right away and everything gets auto fulfilled. i continue to use CJ over other apps!

So far the communication with my agent is been Awesome. I've had a great experience with the app. My agent Ceci and customer service support AdaQiu, Cristina, and most recently Karen Jiang have all been great.

Nice and best-customized services for vendors. Reply on a timely basis. They are recommended for dropshipping. My customer representative executives are also very cooperative, especially Tommy, Arina, John, and Hector.

My CJ agent, Lori, is amazing. Goes above and beyond for us and has supported is throughout the challenges of the year. CJ are also quick on their feet. When we exceeded the orders per month with our current supplier, they went and found a new one and checked the quality of the products without us having to ask, so that we could keep selling without any stock issues.
