Flora has been so amazing, she always has a solution and can walk me through the most difficult questions I have, she takes the time to make sure I have all the information I need. She even had the most amazing advice when I was having a particularly bad day with my store. Her customer service even goes as far as wishing my daughter a happy birthday. Love working with her.

Excellente réactivité et disponibilité de Ken ! Un problème de connexion de produit doublé à une actualisation de commande. Ken a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions, screenshot à l'appui pour davantage de clarté. Ca a pris du temps mais il est allé jusqu'au bout de la résolution du problème, je le remercie vivement pour sa patience.
