Daraufhin hab ich den Support angeschrieben. es meldete sich umgehend die eine mitarbeiterin namens linda feng die mir in nur wenigen minuten alles erklärt hat und mein problem sofort lösen konnte. vielen dank linda. solche kompetenten mitarbeiter brauch jedes unternehmen.
