Extremely disappointed with their lack of responsibility for undelivered orders, several problems at this level and no action taken even though I have been working with them for 3 years. My old agent was good, recently the service has deteriorated. Private inventory products disappear after about a year, on the grounds that they are "liquidated" without us even being reimbursed, not serious at all...

very unsatisfied with CJ dont deserve not a single star.cusotmer placed order 17JAN and on whats app they have told me customer order black color but only white available. Customer confirmed white color and on 20 JAN i asked for order status and on whatsapp agent told me i have to wait as order processing time is 3 to 5days and today 22/01/2024 after 5days they telling its completely out of stock. Pathetic. Their review section reply these are just autamed machines but in real they dont care at all

They say much faster. But it is much slow. I am writing this after 13th days and they still could not deliver my order yet. My customer is behind me for the order. They don't have control over the logistic, no tracking update after one week also. Even customer care on chat never provide me a proper detail on it nor my private agent Gina Ge who never answered my queries nor she never tried to connect with me. Each and every day new agents reply on whatsapp. I am not at all satisfied with their service. It's not at all suitable for India. Don't go with this guys. It's a trap. My orders are struck after one update that is "Shipment handed over for line haul/ delivery" and no further update. They provided local courier contact details, mobile is switched off, landline no answer, e-mail no response. This is there value to customers. Never recommended.

I wouldn't suggest using this platform. The prices are much higher compared to AliExpress or Xendrop. Shipments are consistently delayed, and about 70% of the time, they request additional money for shipping after you've already paid the initial shipping cost. They seldom issue refunds for order problems, and they even blocked my account when I tried to dispute a payment after they repeatedly refused to refund me. Now, I'm switching to more professional and superior platforms.

Looks like very poor app. Its free to install and use but thats only 1 profit. I tried to conneckt my store, I had account on CJ for few months now, and when tried "log in" it just says " sorry, you are not logged in". Lol. Also their terms of use are a bit weird. No responsability for almost nothing. You got scammed via their platfor or similar looking site? - your problem. Bad quality of produckt / fail in manufacture - your problem. Produckts description: material - cloth. What the H is "CLOTH" lol.

DONT USE!!! you cannot copy tracking numbers off the mobile app on iphone. secondly the user interface is very poor, confusing and hard to use. Additionally shipping is incredible expensive and almost never as fast as advertised. it is very hard to link it to your store and theres often fulfilment issues. the tracking information is very basic and never registers properly on shopify for whatever reason. And if you make a mistake in the shipping information it can take up to 2 weeks to change regardless of if your "agent" knows about it. And if you miss the expiry date your money will vanish into thin air with no refund available. I even had one order fail border security and sent back to the manufacturer without any notification. The amount of customers that won't do business with me again becuase of cj shipping issues would be massive i regret ever signing up. "the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten" just pay the extra to get a professional dropshipping service, don't bother with this. I lost $80 because i made a mistake with an orders address however i was unable to fix my mistake for 2 weeks and it slipped my mind, it then expired without any notification or warning my $80 vanished with no refund available. they then offered a $2 coupon on my next purchase after i called them out in their shortcomings... it's clear money comes before customer service and customer relations with this lot. try to find someone who actual cares and values relationships over $80... i will never purchase with them again.

ACHTUNG alle guten Bewertungen sind hier Fake und wurden von CJ Dropshipping Agenten erzwungen. Finger weg von CJ Dropshipping das sind alles Betrüger und ihr werdet nur Probleme haben. Sobald es zu Problemen bei einer Sendung kommt wird das einfach ignoriert und man bekommt sein Geld nicht zurück, außerdem können und wollen sie nicht nach neuester DSGVO vom 13.12.2024 arbeiten. Es gibt keine bevollmächtigte Europäische Wirschaftsperson und Angaben zu Hersteller und Bevollmächtigten Personen in der EU werden auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht bekanntgegeben und somit werden die Produkte die von CJ Versendet werden illegal in die EU eingeführt. Leider ist somit der europäische Händler also in diesem Fall ihr die einzige greifbare Person und werdet somit rechtlich für deren misserabele und illegale Arbeit zur Rechenschaft gezogen. HAltet euch fern von CJ Dropshipping ihr bekommt nur Probleme damit

La livraison est en moyenne de 10 jour comme aliexpress maintenant ou temu, ou en rupture de stock alors que c'est toujours en stock cher eux, et cela, même si ou leur dit de mettre à jour leurs stocks, ou alors envoyé au bout de 9 jours. Me revoilà pour indiquer que certains clients peuvent recevoir la commande avec des frais de douane demandés au client au moment de la réception, qui n'ont pas été payés par cjdroshipping, et lorsque l'on demande le remboursement de la commande auprès de cjdropshipping, car elle repart chez eux, sachez qu'il refuse de rembourser et de payer les frais de douane, qui correspondent au frais des articles arrivant hors UE, alors que c'est à eux de faire la bonne déclaration et de payer les frais que l'on paye lorsque l'on achète l'article chez eux. Donc, ils ne paient simplement pas les frais qu'il devrait payer, en grugeant et en espérant que ça passe. Et quand cette situation arrive, il encaisse l'argent, le client ne reçoit rien, et on rembourse le client en perte sèche, car ils ne veulent ni rembourser ni payer les frais de douane.

Funktioniert einfach nicht, man will sich anmelden aber man wird nur auf die Anmelde Seite geschickt und fertig. Egal was man anklickt es funktioniert nicht, mit Shopify verifizieren funktioniert auch nicht.

AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER! Placed several orders and paid extra for (4-9 days) shipping. It's been 4 weeks now and I've just received 30% of my items. 1 came damaged and 2 items were totally different then what I ordered. I want to warn EVERYONE for this company. The delivery times they try to convince you with are not correct at all! My first but absolutely last order with this company called CJ Dropshipping!!

the worst website i ever used in my business system is not done well as well you always will pay more for your order even for small product they will tell you its over weight and let you pay 100s of dollers extra for shipping so its a ripping off system that will show you cheep shipping then you will be ending up paying 100s extra for shipping and you will start losing customers and your business will start making loses

I wish I could start this off with the screenshot I took. I had a rep tell me there was no site to leave a review on. Lucky me I found one. Although I appreciate the cheap products for my customers you get what you pay for. Or I don't get it, I should say. I was given a refund (only through there wallet) not a refund to my actual account, for a product that I was told was in stock for a customer, just to be told 3 weeks later it is gone and my customer's second product, that I paid extra on to get it rushed, still after three weeks was never shipped. Getting the refund back is fine, but they put it in Their wallet not back in my account, and then made me pay extra to get my own money back!!! Trash I'm sorry. I know it's not the reps, it's the company. Just be cautious. This is another way for them to pay there people, skimming off the top of everyone's orders. Making you pay extra by saying they had to source the product somewhere else, just to later say the product is gone, and still keep your money. And keep your priority shipment money just to still send ONE product LATE TO THE PAYING CUSTOMERS. My customer still HAS NOT received her product. It is now Dec 2 and she ordered them Nov 13 2022. SMH

I've been trying out the CJ dropshipping platform for a week and it has just been absolutely appalling. I've been sending queries via the Chatroom, the Live Chat and email but my queries haven't been answered or resolve. I ran a test order through because I was tired of chasing for answers and was going to run the test on my own to find out how the dropshipping process would work. The order has been sitting in the CJ system and the transaction cannot be finalised due to their system error. It's been absolutely frustrating. I am so glad I haven't transitioned my store over to the CJ platform as this would have ruined my business. I caution other business users to test out the process for yourself before proceeding. My experience has been nothing but unsatisfactory from the go.

I Have been using the platform for around 9 months .. for kids clothings. well what i found is the following : 1- 50% of the items available on the website and the stock mentioned are totally wrong, once your client makes a purchase after 5-7 days you might received an email that the item is not available so basically you will lose your customer trust .. and some items 7 days after the order !!! 2- Shipping prices is the same issue ... once you pay your shipping fee 50% of the items you will receive an email that your order on hold until you pay the shipping difference! which will be added cost + shipment delay, we are talking +4-5 days extra delay if this happened ..so basically you are taking about 14 days until the item is shipped from the warehouse to the shipping company .. then the shipping days is calculated like 6-12 days + 14 days sourcing, payment, delay .. extra which will lead you to this 90% of your orders will be returned cuz it didn't come on time and the delay, and the extra cost on you ... most of the services are promised are just on paper .. photography .. custom packing, extra .. its there in the website but you will either get no reply or sorry we cant do it at the moment .. ! my custom packing ticket is open for 4 months now and still pending .. and most of the reviews here that mention a person's name its like they will ask you to please write a review and mention my name extra .. cj can be useful if you order your private inventory, and use a private shipping agent .. but that's not dropshipping

I have used their service for months. Their service is getting worse and ultimately unsatisfying lately. Their inventory update is chaotic and consistently reported out of stock against the web page's info. I have complained several times through the personal consultants, but no action taken. Unfortunately, I have imported a wide range of products from them, and I plan to quit it gradually, which takes time. For the new users, I suggest considering thoroughly before using CJ.

Not worth the problems and support is terrible. Ended up getting Shopify involved after a POD order came through my store. Customer submitted multiple images for 5 different customizable items (large order for me). CJ contacted me to request that I combine the jpg images into one file for each item. I was fully willing to do so. Tried clicking on images in my order dashboard but their app blocks that ability. CJ later instructed me to use their own order dashboard to download images. Their images were only 40x40 pixels so I had no control at that point. First they said they didn't have images at all, then they said they have them and won't combine files for me, now they are telling Shopify that they are waiting for the images from me altogether. After getting Shopify involved, no one from CJ is communicating with me anymore. Games.

AWFULL AND USELESS SUPPORT! Had an order fullfilled via CJ, oder was refused by carrier and sent back to CJ. Asked CJ about the reason for that -> Ticked opened on Feb 08. 2024. Had several chats with the support then, everytime a different person, every time I was tould to wait. Today is Feb. 17. 2024. CJ still have no idea what went wrong with the shipment. I have more orders for the same items in the mean time. Asked CJ what to do to avoid the same issue occuring again. Support says to wait, my agent "normally" will be back to work tomorrow... I am speechless about ths one. I understand they have CNY and are low staffed, but having no advice after 9 DAYS !!! is absolutelyy NOT ACCEPTABLE
