Extremely fast customer support. I had issue with inventory for 2 weeks and in just 5 minutes agent Cheng was able to help me resolve it. Very clear instructions acompanied with screenshot for even easier understanging.

Shawntae He was great and professional at helping me solve an issue. I had a customer purchase a product, but for some weird reason, it was no longer connected to CJ Dropshipping. Shawntae was able to find the product that should be connected and able to process the order for me.
