Connie Jin ( Customer Service Rep) Was a pleasure to talk to. She was Very Professional and had All the answers to ANY question I threw at her. She was VERY knowledgeable and Very Polite. If she is not a Manager, Then I don't know what the Company is waiting for!! She should be in Management With her skills and expertise. She gets 10 STARS are far as I'm concerned.
