Unlike many other dropshipping platforms, they work very closely with their customers, and I have received support from CJ Dropshipping agents on multiple occasions. Just this morning, my order was still in a pending status, so I reached out to Ruth. Thanks to her prompt action, the issue was handled quickly and efficiently. If CJ Dropshipping continues to prioritize customer satisfaction the way they do now, I truly believe they will grow into an even more successful company.
