CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Great customer service ! Angel is amazing

Très bon service client, merci à Mia peng. Je mets ces 5 étoiles pour cette employée, mais pour le reste de l'application, c'est discutable. L'intégration est bien faite, les synchronisations sont bonnes et pousser les produits de CJ vers Shopify se fait facilement. En revanche, concernant le traitement des commandes, ce n'est pas du tout ça. Chaque tarif comprend un délai d'expédition (on peut choisir plus ou moins rapide, ce qui est pratique), mais ces délais ne comprennent pas le délai de traitement, qui peut être extrêmement long selon les produits. Cela peut facilement aller jusqu'à 5, voire 10 jours selon les cas. Sans parler du fait que je dois régulièrement rembourser mes clients : l'application m'autorise à passer commande, mais quelques jours plus tard, je reçois une notification du service client m'indiquant que le produit n'est plus disponible. On me demande à chaque fois si je veux le remplacer par un produit similaire, ce que je trouve très peu professionnel. Mes clients commandent un article précis, il est évident que je vais refuser, même si l'alternative est similaire. Surtout que vous êtes censés savoir avec quels fournisseurs vous travaillez, ce n'est pas une marketplace pour particuliers comme AliExpress. Si ce n'est pas possible d'expédier un produit, merci de le marquer comme "out of stock". Cela m'évitera de perdre du temps, de l'argent, et surtout de décevoir mes clients.

Amazing and fast service especially customer service name Kailey That help me on the shipping method. She also help me when theres a customer didnt fully fill the address and handle it as soon as possible. She teach me step by step on the shipping method how to handle it and easy to understand. I am very new to drop shipping and my experience with CJ has been a great start. I couldn't figure out why my products were showing unavailable on my Shopify store, I went through the instructions that CJ's AI assistant suggested as well as my own AI, after going through the steps and it still was not resolved, I was connected to Angel on the CJdropshipping a live agent. Angel was very helpful and got it taken care of step by step with me in less than five minutes or roughly over but not much time was spent on the issue. It was resolved!
