I’m writing this review to express my sincere appreciation and respect for the sweetest and kindest private support agent, Yuci Cao. I’ve been using CJ Dropshipping for quite some time and have had both good and challenging experiences. However, ever since I connected with Yuci Cao, my overall experience has completely changed for the better. She is incredibly supportive, proactive, and always goes above and beyond to help. She consistently provides special attention and outstanding service, making every process smooth and stress-free. She’s not just a great advisor, she genuinely feels like a friend. Her responses are always fast, and she is extremely polite. I truly feel lucky to have been connected with her, as she has made my experience with CJ seamless and flawless. She is a real asset to the company, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
