I truly hope to keep Wendy as my agent long-term (forever, if possible) — she is a huge asset to CJ and a big reason we continue using the platform. From a platform perspective, there are still a few areas that could improve over time. More frequently updated inventory availability would be very helpful, and a faster dispute resolution process would greatly improve the overall experience. That said, having a strong and dependable agent like Wendy makes navigating these challenges much easier. Overall, a solid platform with outstanding agent support.
