I needed assistance with getting the CJdropshipping products inventory to become available in my shopify store and Connie Jin (Customer Service) Agent guided me to the correct process via CJdropshipping and Shopify platform and now my products are available for sale. She was very patient and kind and she advised and handled my issues well especially when explaining what I should do. She made it all seem simple and easy to follow her instructions.
