isabella is very good to work with. I had an issue regarding shipping and wanted to avoid a specific courier. Bellica listened to my concern and allowed me to select which couriers to use for my business. On top of that, when bringing up queries she was there to answer them most times of the day, and she always responds and follows up with my questions going out of her way to keep me updated!

I just have to say – Doki is an amazing agent! Even during the Spring Festival, when almost everything in China shuts down, she still did her best to reply whenever she could. Not once has she ever told me ‘no’ to a request. If something seemed difficult, she always found a way to make it work. What I love about working with her is that she doesn’t just do her job – she thinks ahead, looks for better solutions, and genuinely cares. You can tell she’s a good person – honest, smart, and always eager to learn and grow. At the end of the day, in eCommerce, your agent is one of the most important things. There are always challenges, always unexpected situations, and having someone like Doki who actually cares about your success and puts in the effort makes all the difference. CJ Dropshipping as a platform is already great, especially for dropshippers, but honestly? The real cherry on top is having an agent like Doki. Highly recommended!
