Chris Ou from customer service, was very helpful, and clear with his answers. I recommend to use whatsapp for customer support is much faster that a ticket.

A large variety of products and usually ships on time. Would have given it a 5 star but recently the support on channels like CJ live chat and tickets have been slow or non-existent. There are always 20+ people ahead of me in the queue when I try to live chat, which was not the case when I first started using CJ. I managed to get support through whatsapp and Fionnula's service was great. If I could get support like this all the time I would give CJ a 5 star.

Great Service! If there is something with my order, they get a solution asap. Would be great if i get more Alerts, if my orders dont get out after 3 days

It's not bad app for the beggining, I just wish shipping was faster. Alina Liu was supporting me on the chat and was able to answer all my questions

Christina Chen always does a great job assisting me. My only issue is that I would prefer to really have 1 go-to agent as opposed to having to use the chat because I don't always get the answer I need from other agents.

My agent Fiona is always very helpful. Sometimes packages take a bit longer than usual to arrive but Fiona usually helps resolve any issues in a timely manner.

CJ est le partenaire de mon succès, même si tout n'est clairement pas parfait je peux quand même vous conseiller cette plateforme qui dans l'ensemble est bien mieux que aliexpress. Et merci à mon agent Shicharl qui a toujours été d'une grande aide et d'une grande réactivité :).

Service client toujours disponible! Même les heures et jours fermés il y’a toujours au moins une personne pour vous répondre. Les délais d’envoi sont meilleurs qu’ailleurs mais peuvent encore faire mieux. De bonnes fois dans les remboursements. Ils doivent faire le suivi des disponibilités des articles entre leurs stocks ceux des fournisseurs et celui des clients. Il est casi inexistant ce suivi. ceci est le point principal pour lequel je donne un 4/5.

I enjoyed speaking with Connie Jin and Stine Zhou. Stine is my agent but some times Connie help out which is awesome to get fast response. They were able to solve my concerns quick and easy to talk to. One of the CJ listings say they have black and white available but when I did a test run purchase for my store, someone from CJ message me (myself as my customer) saying they don't have white anymore. I don't feel comfortable to have a supplier message my customers and it creates complication and perhaps lack of customer satisfaction. So I requested my agents to help me double check on inventory on color and style before I officially launch my website.

CJ has been a great help drop shipping products, it is purely better than shipping from AliExpress. It is perfect to start off something, but once you get enough volume I recommend you get yourself a dedicated supplier. Overall CJ has been a great app and my point of contact Gina and Hugo have helped me immensely and getting a lot of my orders for fulfilled!

Initially it was easy. Especially when adding products. It was a breeze. They still have some internal flow adjustment that they need to do in terms of pod and custom packaging but because they have a great support team, it all worked out it in the end. I gave 4 stars because I know they can do better and they are improving by the day!
