Love their customer service. The agent ZoeLin was really helpful and supportive with everything. she patiently listened all the issues and solved them immediately. Really appreciate her help and support. Looking forward to work with CJ and ZoeLin in future too.

Absolutely Outstanding App and Service! This is truly a wonderful app — incredibly user-friendly and efficient. What sets it apart, though, is the exceptional customer service. The support team is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping users succeed. I want to give special thanks to Ms. Belle Bai, who has been managing my entire experience on the CJ platform. Her assistance has been nothing short of amazing. She took full responsibility for coordinating with suppliers and resolving every issue I encountered. All I had to do was place my orders — she handled the rest with professionalism and care. Honestly, 5 stars aren’t enough to express how grateful I am. Both Ms. Belle and the CJ app deserve so much more. Highly recommended!

Outstanding customer service! I had a question about a product I wanted to launch the same day, and Bonnie came through fast. She resolved my issue quickly and made sure everything was in place so I could move forward with my ad campaign on schedule.
