At first, thanks for the helpful customer service Connie and Judy who solve my problems in time. I am new to this app but I recommend it to everyone as you will always get an answer for your doubts. The respond speed and service come out slower and slower after 2 months later. Sometimes the tracking status didnt updated for 10+ days until I found out myself and the only answer is wait and nothing. I would reconsider in using them soon.

I’ve always had positive experiences with customer service at CJ, as they’re quick to answer any questions and always ready to help. But today, I had the pleasure of working with Angel Li, and I have to say, she went above and beyond. This is the first time I’ve had an agent ask for screenshots to better understand my issue, and she really dedicated herself to resolving it. It’s staff like her that truly make a company great. I’m impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail!
