This app is effective. The people are friendly and very responsive. You don't have to deal with individual sellers; you only communicate with CJD. They work 24/7. So, no matter the time difference, you would find someone to respond to your question or request. A special shoutout to our agent, Sam Huang, who is quick to respond and incredibly helpful. She consistently secures us the best possible discounts from suppliers, which makes a big difference for our business.

Excellent service, we have had so much help and constant support from our cj rep Aron. He is always quick to answer and look into any questions we have. Aron was even willing to schedule a call and work through any questions we had for hours. Our experience with CJ dropshipping is excellent it has worked super well and meets exactly what we were looking for. And with the service from Aron it has been top notch.
