Pleasantly surprised by CJdropshipping. It’s beginner-friendly, the Shopify sync is smooth, returns/processes are clear, and you can customize packaging and clothing or request sourcing when needed. The real standout is my agent, Luna.. she is patient, quick to reply, reliable and genuinely personal. The reason I am writing this review is because I have received amazing customer support from Miki Weng, He was very patient, responsive, has great English, and helped me through my issues. I have been using CJdropshipping for a long time now and the customer support has always been great, however today Miki Weng takes the cake! Thank you.

Overall, it’s a great system, but it does have some shortcomings. They are constantly working on improvements, though. The product range for local house is somewhat limited, meaning there aren’t a lot of options. So, if you want to build a website with a large product catalog, it could be a bit challenging. That said, they are improving themselves, and their customer service is excellent—you get quick responses and your issues are resolved efficiently, which is a big plus. I’m satisfied with using it and I hope it gets even better in the future. Thank you as well for representing the Gildan name to the agent.
