Doki Huang from the customer support helped me a lot, really good and quick to respond, helped me with private inventory and with all the questions that I had.

I can find most of the products I need for my store. If help is needed my agent Alley is quick to respond and can solve the issue.

CJ is key for dropshipping. I tried different dropshipping services before but they lack options or have to pay to have access to other products, pricing, customization or personal agent. With CJ you have access to a personal agent that will help you with everything. This gives me confidence in the service and that everything is going well. I have to appreciate Shiny Zhong, my personal agent for helping me out since the start and being available constantly for any issue.

April has been very helpful from the start. She was able to list a product and give me great price (although shipping was a bit tight), but overall i really liked the way she helped me. I'm looking to switch from Aliexpress to CJ so this is a great start!

I am having the best experience with cj dropshipping. Im new to this and feel kinda dumb sometimes but billy shi explained everything step by step even with photos. I finally was able to pay for my product and have it listed correctly. I definitely feel more confident with doing this now because of his help.
