I had an issue that needed urgent attention, and I was fortunate to have Rami Wu from the CJ customer support team assist me. Rami was incredibly helpful and responsive, walking me through each step to resolve the problem quickly. The CJ customer service team is highly efficient, and I felt reassured by their professional and friendly approach. Thanks again, Rami, and the entire CJ team!

CjDropshipping pretty much does it all, their website may look a little hard to navigate but it offers the most customisation of any other ones. Agents are always ready and super responsive towards any questions you might have, Zoey Zheng in particular deserves a shoutout. Really patient with me :)

My representative Box Chen assisted me with the best customer service. He not only walked me through and explained everything quickly and easily but he fixed my issues in minutes that would have taken me much longer than that. The system is very easy and manageable but I had a trainee that missed key elements like shipping type and inventory. Very important:) and Box Chen really helped me out and I am very grateful.
