I have just started to use CJ and I must say that the customer service is great. Zoey, my agent, was super helpful and answered to all my questions very quickly finding solutions to issues a was having due to my inexperience. Thanks Zoe!

My Experience with CJ has been up and down. We had a lot of problems about the items because we do clothing business, still Dolly could help me a lot on the way which made things a lot easier. She works a lot do everything she can to help his clients. Do I recommend CJ yes and no but do I recommend Dolly yes absolutely.

CJ is really great. They have a lot of great products. Especially I fond of theirs support managers. My bestie is Sabrina Liu! She helped my with all issues and questions. Great service!

Overall a positive experience. Sometimes there is a lag in processing & shipment of products. My agent, Doki Huang, is extremely helpful and quick to resolve issues or lend a helping hand. Good customer service.
