Cj support team are very helpful and were able to provide me with such important information in setting up the shipping and delivery process for my online e store business, as a new store owner trying to figure this all out on my own was a challenge, the support team from Cjs made it a whole lot easier,Enid Dong thank you for you ongoing support you where very supportive and fundament in the success of our conversation with out you help i could not take this next step closer to achiving my goal so Enid thank you again.

The platform has been great. I'd like to give a special mention to the customer support team, particularly Anthony, for always providing prompt and helpful responses, usually within the same day or next. The new user interface is clean, easy to use, and makes the app more enjoyable overall.

CjDropshipping pretty much does it all, their website may look a little hard to navigate but it offers the most customisation of any other ones. Agents are always ready and super responsive towards any questions you might have, Zoey Zheng in particular deserves a shoutout. Really patient with me :)

My representative Box Chen assisted me with the best customer service. He not only walked me through and explained everything quickly and easily but he fixed my issues in minutes that would have taken me much longer than that. The system is very easy and manageable but I had a trainee that missed key elements like shipping type and inventory. Very important:) and Box Chen really helped me out and I am very grateful.
