CJdropshipping provides great service in this business. The platform is easy to use and the products are good. The private inventory is a great idea and the service provides by the agents is amazing specially my agent "Aoki" she is very friendly and she helped me solve some issues with professionality.

My experience with CJ has been great, amazing prices and helpful support. Roxane has made fulfillment a much smoother process and is always very quick to reply and help. Definitely the best and most reliable fulfillment service I've personally used.

I recently switched to CJ from my previous fulfillment agency, which was a great decision. CJ is pretty fast and reliable. The automated shipping saves me a lot of time. My agent Chloe Zhang is super helpful, she answered all my questions and helped me out with things promptly.

I have been working with July for a while now and it is fabulous and so uncomplicated. She reply’s really fast, goes the extra mile to make me and my customers satisfied. Unfortunately the mobile version of the app don’t have all the relevant functions like in the desktop version.

I'm just starting out but July (my assigned cs) has been very helpful in communicating between supplier and I. She's been very responsive when I request for help. Great customer service and thank you, I have chosen to use CJ because they have quality control and will not lose my parcel.
