Gildan Wu is great. she helped me to get the tracking information and how not to send email directly to customer. That way i can send customer last mile tracking no of the country so they can trace with local company. it was good service of CJ. Luria Xie also very helpful. i was struggling with custom packaging. She showed me step by step guide to add to the product. Great support

I've used cj for 2 years now and all I can say is that they are the best for people that don't have an private agent for fulfillment, leah on the customer support team is really helpfull and she answers really quick on all of our questions! really recommend them

Today, there was a technical problem on CJ. I sent a WhatsApp message to customer service. Within a minute I received a response from Billy. He reported the problem to the tech team. Less than 20 minutes later, Billy told me the problem was solved. This is probably the best customer service and the fastest problem solved I have ever had from a company. This is a great company. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Rami Wu, Shopify help is fast precise and always seems to solve my problems within minutes. Rami Wu is the one that helped me last and he was so knowledgeable and wonderful it wasn't funny. I mean he knew really knew what he was doing. And I think he should get like 20 Stars no heck a hundred Stars.
