Whenever I have questions or concerns, Stacey is there with lightning-fast responses and always manages to find the perfect solution. This level of responsiveness makes working with Stacey a great experience. Moreover, CJ Dropshipping recently upgraded their application platform, and let me tell you, it's a game-changer! So far my experience with CJ is Great. Customer service here is one of the best in the industry. Today I had Sveta helping me. She answered all my questions quickly and accurately. Also, Bellica and Zoey were Super helpful and very patient with me. When you work with a company like this that has amazing customer service available 24/7, that means a lot. I would recommend cj to any dropshipper . My agent Joean Gu took care of me and was able to get me a phenomenal price for my product which increased my profit margin. Lea and Ken have been very patient with me as I explored placing my drop shipping needs in their hands. They were very helpful in staying with me and providing support as I got my orders synced, ordered through CJ and paid. The pricing stated to me previously was exactly accurate.
