So far so good. The app for sourcing products has been very easy and more automated than most, even the ones that say they are automated becomes a fiasco. Cjdropshipping is cheaper and has very good products with easy steps to fulfill. Pauling was my customer service rep who helped me split orders because I had a couple items that was not sourcing through cjdropshipping and she was super fast and made it very easy for me. Excellent platform for dropshipping! I was impressed by the vast selection of trendy products at competitive prices. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate through categories. A special shout-out to the customer support team, especially (Gildan), who provided exceptional service—this person was professional, patient, and guided me through the entire process smoothly. One minor downside is that some products have limited photos, and the search function could be more refined to make finding niche items quicker. However, overall, I’m very happy with the experience and highly recommend this site to other dropshippers!
