Excellent customer service! I had a small issue with a previous sample that arrived slightly damaged, and I was concerned about future shipments. Gildan from the CJ Dropshipping support team was super responsive and helpful. He took the time to make sure my concern was passed on to the fulfillment team and ensured that the next package would be better protected.
