Excellent customer service! I had a small issue with a previous sample that arrived slightly damaged, and I was concerned about future shipments. Gildan from the CJ Dropshipping support team was super responsive and helpful. He took the time to make sure my concern was passed on to the fulfillment team and ensured that the next package would be better protected. I just solved the "sold out" error with ANGEL's help. When self-ascribed experts wanted me to invest in expensive tools, I came to customer service and Angel solved the problem with a couple screenshots! Much appreciation for helping me get my store back on track!
