The customer service is exceptional! Ken in the chat helped me out so much. I was hesitant to use the chat option at first, but I am so glad I did. I was overlooking a minor detail that Ken was able to find for me right off the bat. Thanks, Ken! Some other vendors that I have worked with were not available during my working hours, but I was able to get help at 11:00am cst.

CJDropshipping has been a very good partner to work with. Their platform is easy to use, and the sourcing and fulfillment process has been smooth for my business. I especially want to mention Linnea Pan, who has been an excellent agent. She is always very helpful, responds quickly, and makes sure everything is handled efficiently. Whenever I have questions about orders, samples, or production details, she replies fast and helps resolve things without delays.

Every question I had, be it about product sourcing, order processing, or shipping, it was handled quickly and clearly. What really stood out was her proactive support. They didn’t just answer my questions. She also helped me clarify further on reliable suppliers/backend, and ensured that my questions were properly covered. Whenever there was a doubt, she followed up promptly and made sure it was resolved without delays. Her communication was clear, friendly, and efficient, which made managing my business much easier. It’s rare to find such dedicated support, and it truly makes a difference when scaling an e-commerce business. This app is very reliable. Thanks to this app my store reputation is better because of the quality of the products it provides and the fast delivery service.
