Excellent support from Cristina Chen this morning! Fast and accurate. I particularly appreciate the overall responsiveness of all the support people who are very responsive and friendly and provide very good answers to questions that are sometimes not so easy! I recommend :-)

CJ app has been very good so far. It's not perfect but gets the job done. My current agent Susan Zhou has been very helpful in answering my questions and getting things resolved. Also one of the overnight agents Christina Chen was helpful in requesting for the correct items/ variants to be sourced. I like that I can reach out to an agent any time of day or night.

5th year in and customer service for me ( Beatrix Hua) has been really great. Things are always followed up, and considering time difference, she has really tried to help me even when it's sooo out of her office hours. There are so many options for fulfilment, and when I needed things to be more customised, they have been slowly implementing them.
